FCC permanently denied compensation payments related to an IP CTS emergency call handling issue

By letter dated November 5, 2015, to Purple Communications Inc., the FCC permanently denied compensation payments related to an IP CTS emergency call handling issue for the period September 1, 2014 through October 8, 2014.  The FCC found based on a preponderance of the evidence currently before it that Purple has been in compliance with the 911 rules from October 9, 2014 to the present.
